Though this question was first posted over a year ago, I believe it at least deserves an answer.
The reason the plans do not show any dimensions is that a specific window type or size is not specified in the plans. In other words, you can put in any size window you want.
The Rule of Thumb for the dimensions of a window’s rough opening is the Height of the window plus 2 inches. Horizontally the dimensions would be the Width of the window plus 2 inches.
The size of the shed door depends upon what you are going to put in the shed. If you have a 42 inch wide riding mower, then you will have to have a door larger than 42 inches. Standard door sizes are 36 inches and 32 inches.
