Kids Indoor / Outdoor Chair Plans – Overview
Cut two 1×3’s to 26″ long, two 1×3’s to 14″ long, and four 1×3’s to 8 1/4″ long. Assemble as shown on illustration above using 1 1/4″ pocket screws.
Cut two 1×3’s to 12″ long and two 1×3’s to 11″ long. Assemble as shown on illustration above using 1 1/4″ deck screws.
Attach the sides to the frame as shown above. Cut two 1×3’s to 8 1/2″ long and attach as shown on illustration above using 1 1/4″ deck screws.
Cut three 1×3’s to 11″ long for the chair back rest and the bottom brace. Assemble as shown above using 1 1/4″ deck screws.
Cut four 1×3’s to 12 1/2″ long and one 1×3 to 11″ long for the chair seat. Gap the seat slats 1/4″ and install with 1 1/4″ deck screws.

This is just what i needed for my grandson his first chair. now to see how well i can build it
