Got the coop built!  We used 2×12 ft plastic roof panels on the roof and LP multiuse panels instead of the siding.  A couple of hiccups (we learned 8 feet isn’t actually 8 feet for 2x4s) and opted for screws instead of nails in difficult to reach spots but we are really happy with it.  Starting on the run today!
