  3. Looking forward to this

  4. I love all of these I’m looking forward to these

  5. Leuk is een keer wat anders

  6. I used you plans for a base, but I changed a couple of things…

    1) I cut the top of the sides to 45% so the glue and nails worked better.
    2) I removed the screws through the roof so additional textures could be applied, the 4 screws on the back and modified sides should hold it just fine, but a brace could be added across the back if more support for the upper part of the removable back is needed.
    3) I nailed the porch roof and pillars to the face from the back before attaching the front to the sides, this removed the visible nail holes.
    4) On one I cut slots in the roofs and added small virtual raised strips of wood to make it look like steel roofing. I first tried this using a jig with a router, but found it was faster using a sliding miter saw and setting the depth of cut.
    5) Because a band saw is used to cut the picket fence, I also used the band saw to cut the virtual picket lines, this was done by simply aligning the V between pickets at the top and then rotating the piece to vertical.
