Hi Aaron, just wonder if could give me a hand. Got crazy on inches system, but dont understand on first illustration for example the concept on building: ” Cut two 1×6’s to 24″ long (A). Cut two 1×6’s to 20 13/16″ long (B). ”
1×6 is the measurements of the lumber/wood you will be using/need. For example: when you see 1×6= the (1) is the thickness of the board so it will be 1″ thick. However the actual measurement will be 3/4″ not 1″. And the same for the (6). It means how wide the board is. True actual measurement will be 5 1/2″ not 6. Hope this explains and answers your question. Oh and if there is a number after the 6 for example, 1x6x8. The (8) would mean how long the piece of wood is normally in feet unless stated other wise.
The wheelbarrow looks good. I tried to download the plans and signup with my e-mail but was not able to download. Also there are tons of ads popping up up and down the plans that you get dizzy trying to see them.
It’s to bad, the many ads are so distracting. Perhaps more people would visit your site and re-visit if it wasn’t so distracting. I wish I can still get the plans, since they look simple for me to try.
Thanks for your effort, I only wish it would be easier to download the plans that you are offering for free.
Love your “wheelbarrow” plans. Very easy to foloow, nicely explained. Only trouble is after I made mine, I had to make 2 more for gifts. LoL Any other planter plans?
