- 1 1/4″ 16-gauge finish nails

- A – 8 – 3/4″ plywood – 3″ x 28 1/4″
- B – 2 – 3/4″ plywood – 2″ x 30 1/2″
- C – 2 – 3/4″ plywood – 2″ x 19″
- D – 2 – 3/4″ plywood – 6″ x 30 1/2″
- E -2 – 3/4″ plywood – 6″ x 19″
- F – 1 – 3/4″ plywood – 20 1/2″ x 30 1/2″
- G – 1 – 3/4″ plywood – 22″ x 32″
Plywood shop cart is built using one 3/4″ – 4′ x 8′ plywood sheet. Cut pieces to size and assemble using exterior wood glue and 1 1/4″ 16-gauge finish nails.
Cut eight pieces of plywood to 3″ x 28 1/4″ (A). Assemble as shown on drawing above.
Cut two pieces of plywood to 2″ x 30 1/2″ (B). Cut two pieces of plywood to 2″ x 19″ (C). Assemble as shown on drawing above.
Cut two pieces of plywood to 6″ x 30 1/2″ (D). Cut two pieces of plywood to 6′ x 19″ (E). Cut one piece of plywood to 20 1/2″ x 30 1/2″ (F). Assemble as shown on drawing above.
Assemble the shop cart parts as shown on drawing above.
Cut one piece of plywood to 22″ x 32″ (G). Assemble as shown on drawing above.
Install caster wheels.
